We offer free shipping across Canada on bedding orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).

This includes duvets, duvet covers, pillows, sheets, and related bedding items that meet the minimum purchase requirement.

Standard Shipping Rates

Orders under $150 CAD and non-bedding items may be subject to standard shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Processing Time

In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Special Order & Made-to-Order Items

Some products are special order or made-to-order items.

These items may require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.

If your order includes a special order item, production time will be added to the delivery estimate. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

United States Shipping Policy

St. Genève and other qualifying Canadian-made products, preferential customs treatment may apply under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). Any applicable duties and customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Bed & Bath Home Decor prior to shipment.

Shipping Charges

St. Genève and qualifying Canadian-made products include complimentary shipping to the United States where indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or brokerage charges assessed by U.S. Customs or the shipping carrier.

For St. Genève and other qualifying Canadian-made products, preferential customs treatment may apply under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). Any applicable duties and customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Bed & Bath Home Decor prior to shipment.

For products not manufactured in Canada, the customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are not collected at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

US orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS or Canada Post. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
