We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will work with you to resolve the issue through repair or replacement, in accordance with the warranty coverage outlined below.

Pillow Warranty

Cuddle Down pillows are covered by a 30-day manufacturer warranty against defects in workmanship.

Covered Issues:

• Leaking fill
• Broken or loose seams

If a defect is identified within 30 days of purchase, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They will coordinate with the manufacturer to assess and resolve the issue.

Down Duvet Warranty

Down duvets are covered by a 10-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

Covered Issues:

• Leaking fill
• Broken seams
• Damaged internal baffles

If a defect occurs, please contact your original point of purchase for assistance with the warranty process.

Synthetic Duvet Warranty

Synthetic (down-alternative) duvets are covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

Covered Issues:

• Leaking fill
• Broken seams
• Damaged baffle construction

Warranty claims should be submitted through the original retailer for review and processing.

Linens & Towels Warranty

Bedding linens and towels are covered by a 30-day manufacturer warranty against production defects.

Covered Issues:

• Manufacturing seam defects
• Incorrect sizing due to packaging or labeling errors
